   Professional & friendly team, but caution advised on the treatment plan I have mixed feelings writing this because Dr. Chris is a genuinely nice guy and the clinic is professional and welcoming. However, I feel a moral obligation to share my experience to help others make an informed choice. While the service was polite, I was uncomfortable with the medical diagnosis and the scale of the proposed treatment. I was told I had "30+ areas of nerve damage" based on some sensory tests, which was terrifying to hear. My care plan recommended a 24-session package. To be fair, smaller packages were technically available and there is an option to exit the plan early (though you lose the per-session discount), but the clear recommendation was for this large, expensive commitment. I decided to get a second opinion at a different clinic before signing up. That chiropractor did a thorough exam and confirmed I had zero nerve damage and simply needed some standard mobility work. I’ve since been treated on a pay-as-you-go basis and saved myself a significant amount of money and unnecessary worry. My advice: Go here for the friendly atmosphere if you wish, but if you are given a scary diagnosis and recommended a long contract to "fix" it, please get a second opinion first. It made a huge difference for me.

   I’ve had a great experience at Kenilworth Chiropractic.The team makes you feel comfortable and well cared for. My Chiropractor (Kim) is incredibly supportive, attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what’s going on and explaining the treatment in a way that’s easy to follow. The improvement in my back and neck has been noticeable, and I’m moving more freely and feeling really happy about the improvement. Booking is simple, the clinic runs smoothly, and the focus is clearly on long-term results rather than quick fixes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs support!

   I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and genuinely friendly. My chiropractor (Chris) really takes the time to listen and explain everything in a consultative manner, which makes such a difference. The treatments are tailored to what I need, and I honestly didn’t realise how much they’d improve my overall well-being until I started coming here — I feel fitter and strong. The whole place has such a positive atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

   Kenilworth Chiropractic is fantastic! The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. Dr Pete Townsend takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor treatment to your needs. After just a few sessions, my back and neck pain improved dramatically, and I feel more mobile and relaxed than I have in years.    I feel I have a lot more energy. I also feel a considerable step change in my mental heath which is so important I didn't realise how low I had been before treatment. My mind has been blown away at how different areas in my body are connected. I have always loved science and have seen the whole treatment as a very personal science experiment. When Chris could point exactly where in my back twinged when asked to move or stretch a seemingly separate and unrepeatable part of my body, it showed great depth of knowledge and enabled me to have faith in his ability and trust the process. Seeing clear changes in how I hold myself over the recent weeks is proof on how effective the treatment has been. I love how personable the team are in the reception area and Chris has been lovely. Being overweight, I am incredibly self conscious. Something I was very anxious about before coming in the clinic. Chris has been very accepting of me and made me feel comfortable with receiving the treatment. I highly recommend Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic. Thank you to Chris and the team for helping me have a better quality of life.

   I have been nothing but 100% satisfied with the service Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic has given during my time visiting them. Having been dissatisfied with the results of another chiropractor, I was recommended this practice by two of my work colleagues who had been treated at Kenilworth. From the initial consultation, it was a welcome relief to know just how thorough, knowledgeable and honest the team were. I have been treated by Shanelle for several weeks now, the appointments are always on time, I receive reminders regarding the appointments and most importantly the treatment is having a significant effect on my mobility and comfort. I will not be using anyone other than Kenilworth Chiropractic Clinic in the future, they have restored not only my bad hip/back but also my belief in this therapy working.
