   Unfortunately still using dystopian methods. Ring 8am just to wait 20th in the Queue. When they will answer calls all day but refuse to give you an appointment.You see more staff than patients at this surgery. Unfortunately this surgery is about profits above patients. I will be moving away from this surgery.

   Reception staff is no unhelpful. Apparently a very young baby can wait 12-24 hrs to be seen by a doctor, because there are no appointments. Zero compassion, zero understanding. Suggested paracetamol for a health problem that isn't treated with paracetamol. In addition, they're unable to carry out timely and proper baby and post-partum checks.

   Had a blood test on 7th August. These guys lost my blood sample. Now I have to go get the blood test again. No accountability. Don't go here for anything.

   Delayed attitude. Have to wait 30mins just to listen that appointment time is finished. It's not just one time had done more than the once. For every little task have to book. An appointment around 8am and if time is finished have to wait next day. Such a regret

   Always a great experience at this surgery, reception staff all friendly and helpful. All GPs as well as nurses are kind, caring, smart and sensible. Have had contacts with Dr Vishal, Both Dr Bodalia's and Dr Sanghera - all fantastic GPs! Keep up the great work and service you're providing to your patients.

   So much easier to get an appointment. I did i test and rang my old surgery and allsley 12oclock thursday. Allsley 2:40 old surgery 35 minuets. They just do the simple things correctly. Very happy.

   Fit person, consistent cough, told to go walk in centre. I never bother my doctor, as I self treat mostly. And never accessible when I need one. Very poor, support my NHS, I would if it supported our needs as it should. Better in the 70's and 80's before the need for greed. And poor management.

   Making an appointment was easy and went well but they wrote the wrong prescription amount to a pharmacy that didn’t have what I needed so had to go to another pharmacy for it. When I realised I’d only got half my tablets I had to phone the doctors who sent me to the first pharmacy for a new prescription who then sent me to the doctors saying they hadn’t got it, the doctor then wrote a second prescription for the other half. So I’ve now had to pay twice for one prescription and walking/driving backwards and forwards for hours all while totally unfit to.
