   This is an absolutely fantastic surgery. The doctors are tremendous! I've been a few times and seen different doctors and while they have all ben excellent, Dr Bilolikar has a nice direct but yet comforting approach & Dr Collins who is understanding and sets you at ease. As is the pharmacist who called to see how my medication was going. I get nervous about going to the doctor but find the environment very calming. Sometimes I can't get an appointment that day, but get one the next day. And if it's an emergency, they tell me to come to the surgery and a doctor sees me. Very grateful for this surgery and the people who work there.

   Brilliant surgery. Staff are friendly and really helpful Doctors are superb. You feel like you are being listened to.. I would recommend them. In fact I already have recommended them to 2 people and they have already changed to Revel and they are so happy with the surgery

   Several times now I’ve called and booked an appointment only to find out on the day that it either was never booked or cancelled without my consent or knowledge. And don’t get me started on how often they say they put your prescription through only to not actually do so without telling you. Terrible GP

   All my experiences with this practice have been extremely positive. Everyone I have encountered (Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors) have been supportive, kind, friendly, efficient and professional. I have never felt more cared for.

   Practice is closed for lunch, so you are directed to the website to book appointments. Awful experience that sends you around in circles. I am quite computer literate, but I gave up after 10 minutes!
