Excellent physiotherapy from a professional who really understands how the human body can deteriorate over long term as we age / due to various factors > was my first session today feel better than i was but will need a further few sessions as my issues are complex > highly reccmennd this lad.
I came from India to visit family and got really bad sciatica pain on holiday. It was so hard to move around, but after just one physio session with Harpal at Optimum Therapy my back and glute muscles felt loose and pain was gone. Really thankful — best physio and sports massage in Dudley!

Harpal is an expert at what he does. I first came to him with intense shoulder pain that would keep me up at night. I saw Harpal for a long-standing knee issue caused by tendon pain. I play football socially, and the discomfort was really affecting my ability to enjoy the game. Harpal used a mix of sports massage, cupping, and acupuncture, which made a big difference. His expert physio and massage therapy helped me get back to playing pain-free. Absolutely amazing experience with no pressure and pain relief almost instantly. Initial consultation with Harpal revealed a trap issue which was restricting movement in my shoulder and causing pain in my left arm and fingers. Straight to work on the problem area and the first session gave me full mobility and pain free movement which gave me confidence to use my left arm again after a day or so. A second visit and treatment loosened me completely and enabled me to continue with my hobby on two wheels which in turn has helped me to recover more and more. Can't thank Harpal enough for the help I received. Highly recommended and will return with any age related/hobby issues that I may have in the future. Thankyou so much.
The Team at Optimum Therapy were informative, professional & amazing! I saw Harpal who quickly diagnosed the condition I had, and put a plan together for my recovery. Fantastic experience, friendly, professional and experienced. I had an huge amount of pain and was unable to move my arm up and back behind myself. After just one session I felt so much better.
