Eric really helped me manage a nasty spot of tendinitis in my knee, getting me stronger and ready to run again while managing my expectations of my recovery and giving me realistic and measurable goals to help me progress.
Eric is amazing, very informative and gives you an honest diagnosis. He managed to fix my tennis elbow in double quick time and is currently treating my wife who has had 10 years of pain with zero results from the NHs she has had two appointments with Eric and feel results already. Highly recommend.
Eric has helped me twice now, once to rehab a shoulder injury which had been bothering me for 6 months and another time for an IT band problem. Both times he helped me fix the problem in a short few sessions. I will always return back if I have issues in the future and would highly recommend.

I visited Eric after suffering from a chronic Achilles injury, which had hampered/stopped my running for 18 months. Eric is an amazing person. Very friendly while being professional at all times. I had been suffering back pain and mobility issues for about 3 years. 9 sessions with Eric and I am now well on the way to recovery. Easy to follow exercises were given which were spot on for my recovery. Treatment sessions were painful but as Eric says, no pain no gain. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs Physiotherapy.
