“1st app I went to was very quick then had eye test dn then after other check i wos done no where near 3 hrs and you book surgery on way out with reception staff. Went back following mon just to have, 2nd opinion as they thought yes ive deffo got caterax bt does it need doing now. But I decided with spec savers to have it dn cus its its not going to go so he said when do you want it dn, I said asap as dnt want to think about it so had it dn 3 weeks ago, did it hurt not at all i was petrified honestly but you dnt feel a thing he tells you wots happening. The o ly thing that hurts is when the drops wear away you do feel grittyness in the eyebut you carnt rub it, he put me some more drops in bt only last half hr. Bt spamedica is really brilliant place from the very start offers you tea coffee throughout yr stay nurses are very good theatre staff brilliant and the surgeon very nice and spoke throughout 10 out of 10 I'd give higher if could plz dnt panic like me I REALLY IS PAINLESS. “I visited the Wellbeing and Health Physio Clinic today. Sebastian was a true gentleman. I walked into his practice feeling pessimistic about my future due to a bad right shoulder. I left feeling bright and optimistic. Sebastian determined my posture is causing the problem so he gave me a number of exercises to do at home. I have tried a number of different therapists in the past, including acupuncture, chiro and Reiki. Most of them wanted to see me several times in order to cream as much money as possible from me, or so it seems. Not so with Sebastian, he is a straight and honest guy, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him 100%.”

“This review is for the sports hall, which I and my friends attend for badminton on Wednesday evenings. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.”

“The course and mini golf are clean and kept well, but the driving range is the best! Drinks and snacks and plenty of interactive options whilst you have a go. Worth a try even if your not a golfer, its just a good bit of fun!”
