   Played a table tennis tournament here. After setting up 30 tables we were asked to move down the hall! Next morning the temperature outside was 2°C but the temperature inside was -1°C....below freezing. Apparently the heating system had broken that night. I played again 6 months later and there was still no heating. The staff said it was due to council cutbacks! Great facility but has its drawbacks. One set of light weren't working. Staff in the Canteen were a bit 'dipsy'. I ordered a bacon roll but had to ask for it 3 times and the look I got from this young girl was awful. As though I was asking her to build Buckingham Palace!

   Visited WV Active for the first time to watch the darts and was really impressed. Staff and security were thorough but very friendly, and the whole place felt well organised. Bus drop-off and pick-up were really easy too. Excellent venue overall — great atmosphere and a smooth experience from start to finish.

   Easy to park for free. A little confusing about where to go when you first enter but there is a desk on the corner to ask directions. Gym is well equipped. Lots of space for all sports like badminton. Football etc. There is a lift to the first floor for those not able to use stairs. And a cafe on the ground floor.

   I had the pleasure of visiting WV Active Aldersley sports centre during the day Kabaddi World Championships 2025. Large sports centre with all the auxiliary amenities. Well liked and well used Centre.

   Great facility for the Duelbits Snooker Championships.Ticked all the boxes,superb view,good quick drinks bar and food outlets if you want it.A bit of queue for the toilets but heh hoh no bother.

   What a lovely place to go to. Had never played sport there before. Great facility. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Free membership, pay to play. Excellent for Wolverhampton. We'll be back.
