My son appointment today we went there 1hour stay there and knock the door nobody open the door. They are scam people. Be aware don't book with them otherwise you lost your money.
Do not use this company, they don't pick up the phone, do not answer emails, and change the location last minute, and then do not refund you, they are cheap to lure you in, use a pharmacist. In this age of living crisis, they should be more ethical. My heart hurts at the money lost.

Booked for the kids a couple of weeks ago at the Wolverhampton site called up customer service as couldn’t add them to the app to get the app. Arriviste to test yesterday around 4:15pm the two ladies were friendly and made the girl feel at ease talked them through they were done within 10 mins the reviews scared me based on not getting results and upon asking the lady she said I would get them by email cause the girls were under 16 by 10:30 the same night I had both girls results by text first then the certification in my email! Thank you to the staff who put my mind at ease and talking the girls through definitely use again if need lee and will definitely recommend
