Brilliant doctors practice, can’t fault this place, lovely receptionists & brilliant doctors, always leave feeling reassured.
Great practice. Appointments given in appropriate times. Doctors are kind and listen to concerns. All the staff are really helpful. Special thanks to Michelle for being so gentle when she took my bloods :)
New patient, prompt with the sign up and booking an appointment via the E-consult form was efficient. Practice itself was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. My apointment was with the Junior doctor, she was thorough and professional beyond her years and Senior/supervising Doctor was supportive and knowledgeable. Appointment didn't feel rushed at all, both took their time to explain everything and there was a nice atmosphere in general. Would recommend, good overall experience.
Walked in the centre with no appointment asked what the process was for booking appointment explained my issue and the wonderful Susan booked me an appointment. Big thank you. Excellent customer service from a doctor's receptionist.
Really like the online consult form, I know it won't suit everyone but much easier than hanging on the phone. Filled one in this morning, had phone call 5 minutes later for appointment with a GP 15 minutes later. You can't ask for any better than that.
Always feel like you're negotating with the receptionists when you eventually get through. Rang 58 times to be put in a queue. 1 hour later, still on hold. Doctors are great when you eventually see them but this practice needs to change its attitude and process for booking appointments.
Can't get through on phone, line constantly busy. I have tried 41 times so far! Extremely frustrating.
My wife has been on the phone now for over 30 minutes. She has gone through the numbers queue From 6 and now has the message: ‘your call will be answered by the next available operator’. She has been number one in this queue for over 25 minutes. If we drive and knock on the door we will be advised to call. This is ridiculous!

Always received good service and medical advice. Never failed to get a same day emergency appointment if and when required. You just need to call at either 8am or 1pm to make an emergency appointment.
