   The classes are really good and I love the steam room. The whole place feels fairly clean, safe and welcoming. It’s hard to have a proper swim in the pool as it’s small, usually overcrowded or full of people just chatting instead of swimming. The gym is never fully working as some of the machines are always broken down. The opening hours aren’t that great, too, especially on the weekends and holidays. Northfield Leisure Centre seems better value for money

   Highly recommend Nuffield Health at Rubery. It’s a very friendly gym with a great swimming pool and a good selection of gym equipment. You’re always made welcome by all the staff. I have a personal training session each week and as an older member my trainer Denise Smith is brilliant, making sure I’m pushed hard but also mindful of my not so flexible joints - she’s also mad as a hatter and makes it a lot of fun.

   I really enjoy coming to this gym! The receptionists are always nice and friendly, which makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The gym classes are excellent especially Nathan’s and Erin’s sessions. They’re both so encouraging and always make the classes fun, motivating, and challenging in the best way. The gym is also very clean and well-maintained, which makes for a great overall experience. Highly recommend!

   Very welcoming and helpful pleasant staff. I had a free open day trial session and thoroughly enjoyed my session. Very clean and was able to use all gym and joined into an excercise class. Enjoyed swimming and especially the jacuzzi, brilliantly hot steam room and sauna. Well worth going to. Well enjoyed my session. Thankyou

   Went here with a Hussle pass to take my little one swimming for the day. Reception was lovely and the pool is a decent temp for little ones. Baby kids swim was 10am-12. We arrived and had the pool to ourselves the whole time. Haven’t given it 5 stars as I think the changing rooms could do with a bit of an update. Locker keys are on a grubby thick elastic band. Other than these things it’s a nice place to visit with plenty of parking.

   I'm a member there. It's not cheap but it's great for anyone who is serious about getting fit because it is not overcrowded. Facilities are good. Not quite top end but the whole package is good value.

   Really love coming to this gym, been coming since the centre was called 'greens' back a fair few years. The staff on front desk are friendly and really helpful, generally all staff are welcoming when walking around the gym. Slightly concerned about the price we pay as members and the lack of upkeep, noticed recently a lot of scruffy bits creeping in. The equipment is not very well maintained and just feel for the price we pay it is a little worse for wear. Also the opening times on the weekend are not very competitive when you look at local gyms offering 10pm closes and even 24hours in some cases. Some of us work until later times in the weekend and can't make the 8pm close. Is there a plan to freshen up the place?

   I have been a member of the gym for almost three years. In general, it is good place with helpful staff and great installations. However, terms of my contract stated that a clear month notice is required, giving notice on a 3rd of the month that left me to paying 28 days of the following month even though I am out of the country and cannot use the gym. The manager contradicted the staff member that took my notice assuring me that only the proportional part of the month was going to be paid. I find this abusive and the manager enforcing this gave me really bad last impression of the gym. It is a pity, and bad customer service.
