He didn't have an appointment after my dad and spent an extra 40 mins over the hour with him and didn't charge for this extra time. “Adhip at Physio Art is a very knowledgeable experienced Physio who was able to provide really good advice. I visited him with a running injury, and after a in depth conversation where he learnt my history of running, he patiently walked me through some key exercises to practice at home to get me back to the tarmac. On the follow up session, he was keen to hear how I had got on and then developed my strength routine moving forward. Included in the session was a free app to track the workouts so you have something to refer back to if required which is a nice touch. Recommend Adhip to any runners with a niggle they need fixing.”

“I have suffered from severe shoulder pain from a huge knot behind my right shoulder that made it painful to even lay down. I was recommended Livewell by family and was booked in immediately the day after the GP told me to see a physiotherapist. I was looked after by Rosie who was friendly and informative, explaining each of her actions and how each area was connected, as well as how it contributed towards my pain. I feel much more relaxed and aware of the areas I hold tension, and plan to make more appointments in the future. “I was struggling to find a good physio and then I came across Vis who was brilliant from the first telephone consultation. Vis was excellent at listening to my problem and understanding how I got my back injury that I had sustained in the gym. He was able to assess what best treatment options were available to me and offered a couple of sessions of acupuncture. I must say that he made me feel very relaxed and at ease- each session my back was getting better. He also gave me expert advice on what sort of stretches I should do and how long should avoid going back to the gym to allow my back to have the best chance of recovery. He really supported me in my recovery and I am grateful for his advice. Vis was good at listening to my concerns and adapted his approach to suit my needs. “I visited the Wellbeing and Health Physio Clinic today. Sebastian was a true gentleman. I walked into his practice feeling pessimistic about my future due to a bad right shoulder. I left feeling bright and optimistic. Sebastian determined my posture is causing the problem so he gave me a number of exercises to do at home. I have tried a number of different therapists in the past, including acupuncture, chiro and Reiki. Most of them wanted to see me several times in order to cream as much money as possible from me, or so it seems. Not so with Sebastian, he is a straight and honest guy, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him 100%.”

She was very professional, but also personable and made me feel comfortable.
