I had the opportunity of being on Dan's Dermoneuromodulation two day course in Nottingham. He has a wonderful approach to teaching with a vast knowledge in his field. I enjoyed the chilled atmosphere and learning a brand new skills for my own practice. Dan has a kind and patient demeanour and I would highly recommend his course to anyone wanting to learn about DNM a gentle science based manual therapy approach.

I booked onto Dans dermoneuromodulation course last week as I wanted to delve deeper into understanding the nervous system and how as a manual therapist I can tap into it when trying to reduce my clients pain points. The course it’s self was so informative and I feel I came away with a better understanding of how to be a detective when working with clients who are in pain. There was lots of other golden nuggets that I took away from the course from class discussions and Dans knowledge and passion for learning was inspiring. There were loads of opportunities to get hands on with other participants on the course and lots of open discussions, where Dan showcased his wealth of knowledge, by answering questions and opening up new discussions that strengthened our own thinking and that we could put into practice. I would highly recommend Dan as your guy to get you moving better.

We visited Daniel as my MiL was experiencing lower back pain that was not abating. Daniel undertook a very thorough assessment, he really took his time to listen to us and get the feedback he needed to provide effective treatment. He was very knowledgeable and explained the issue and treatment route clearly. And the main thing for MiL was that she wished to alleviate the constant pain she was experiencing and even in JUST ONE session she said she feels SO SO much better! I would recommend Daniel's services to anyone experiencing pain in their body as he is able to offer effective tangible relief very quickly. Thank you so much Daniel!

Dan's knowledge is exceptional. Really understands how the body works and approaches issues in a different way. Highly recommend seeing him if you've tried previous physiotherapists or other kinds of sports therapists and not had any luck or issues keeps coming back!

This has been the most positive gym experience I’ve ever had which is why I’ve manage to stay motivated and actually look forward to going. I’ve been going once a week for several months and feel as I’ve gained strength as well as confidence, thanks to a well structured programme, the small group size and Dan’s encouragement, knowledgeable and articulate advice. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dan after struggling to recover from an ankle sprain. He took his time to understand how the injury happened and was very thorough in identifying why I had not recovered. We went through some exercises and I came away with a video to remind me. A few months on and I know the advice was good as I'm almost fully recovered.

After suffering for over two years with a very painful shoulder Dan’s treatment has had a dramatic improvement to the mobility of my shoulder after only two visits. I would highly recommend Dan who, following a thorough consultation, treated my issues and gave advise to make long term improvements.

I recently visited Dan for severe shoulder pain that was restricting my movement and affecting my sleep. He was able to quickly identify what was going on and provided treatment during the same session. As well as relieving the intensity of my pain, Dan also provided me with exercises that would help me address the underlying issue. Dan is always professional and friendly, and I would recommended him anyone experiencing pain or in need of sports therapy.

I was introduced to Dan just over four years ago after contacting Birmingham Movement Therapy due to a sports related knee injury. The treatment and daily exercises that he recommended fixed the problem very quickly. Since then I’ve joined the Strength and Conditioning classes that they run. Dan and the team at Birmingham Movement Therapy are great educators. Attending the S and C classes, plus the odd bit of treatment from Dan when required has taught me so much about the body and keeping fit and healthy. As a result I’m fitter than I’ve ever been and have a good understanding of how to treat any minor niggles that occur through sport or general day to day life. Dan, thank you so much!
