I had a hugely beneficial session with Adhip. I was suffering with severe lower back and leg pain. After a comprehensive consultation Adhip took me through some exercises and did some soft tissue work. I left feeling so much better with reduced pain and increased mobility. He gave me some additional exercises to practice at home accessible through an app. I will definitely book an appointment with Adhip again!

I was very pleased with the way Adhip assessed me and provided an exercise program which he developed each time I visited. It has meant I have gone from hobbling to running within a short period (and soon it will be tennis). He is a charming guy, as have been all the PhysioArt practitioners that I have seen in the past, and I wish him and PhysioArt all the best for the future. I hope never to be back, but I think it inevitable that I will be.

I’ve been seeing Adhip for my treatment and I can’t recommend him enough. He is professional, patient, and really take time to understand what’s going on. After each session I feel a clear improvement. So grateful to have found such a great physio!

I had developed plantar fasciitis and contacted Physio Art for advice and support. I had a number of consultations with Adhip and I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided me with a bespoke exercise programme and also delivered shockwave therapy. I was very pleased with the outcome and would wholeheartedly recommend Adhip.

Adhip at Physio Art is a very knowledgeable experienced Physio who was able to provide really good advice. I visited him with a running injury, and after a in depth conversation where he learnt my history of running, he patiently walked me through some key exercises to practice at home to get me back to the tarmac. On the follow up session, he was keen to hear how I had got on and then developed my strength routine moving forward. Included in the session was a free app to track the workouts so you have something to refer back to if required which is a nice touch. Recommend Adhip to any runners with a niggle they need fixing.

Sarah was recommended to me and I was not disappointed! She is friendly and professional and immediately works to understand your injury and find the best treatment plan for you. The advice and exercises are tailored to your specific need, she is very positive and there is a long term focus. The professionalism and friendliness of the team is evident from the moment someone answers the phone! I would highly recommend Physio Art and have already passed details on to friends!

I have been to Physio Art twice now. First with a complex issue which, after seeing several medical professionals to no avail, Sarah was able to diagnose immediately; Her understanding, caring and holistic treatment approach really saved me. Seeing Sophie for a shoulder issue and she was able to diagnose and treat me with some simple exercises, which is making a really big difference. It is always such a pleasure to go, as everyone is so caring and friendly and professional, you know you are in safe hands. Sara on reception is also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended !

Highly recommend Physio Art! I was only in Birmingham for 2 days but Physio Art managed to give me a next-day appointment. I had an issue with my wrist and Sarah took the time to understand what had happened/caused it. After examining it she was very clear in explaining what exactly the injury was. She gave me a clear 2 week plan to strengthen and heal it. The whole process was very easy and professional !

I highly recommend Physio Art. We were super impressed from the moment we picked up the phone for help until we stepped through the door. A beautiful and reassuring environment lay ahead. Our physiotherapist, Sophie, is the utmost professional and has helped my teenage daughter to recover from a back injury with patience and competence and much understanding. I could not recommend this physiotherapy practice more.
