He didn't have an appointment after my dad and spent an extra 40 mins over the hour with him and didn't charge for this extra time. “I visited Matt for a knee injury that had been plaguing me for over a year that was gradually getting worse with continued strength training and sports. Matt was quick to diagnose the issue as quad tendinopathy and gave me a tailored rehabilitation programme to strengthen the tendon and reduce the pain. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and great at answering any questions and going into detail on the rehabilitation process. META Physio also have a very well equipped gym which is ideal to teach new exercises and assess if they're a right fit for the injury. All in all a great physio, I wish I'd gone to Matt sooner!
