“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”

“Grant, Adam and Mike did a fantastic job putting up the barrier system around the perimeter of my garden a couple of weeks ago. I can't thank the team enough. Two weeks on and after several attempts by my beloved bengal cross no escapes! I can't tell you the relief I feel. Grant worked so hard from initial call to help me with my awkward garden as it backs on to private park land and a river beyond. On the day Grant was so helpful in pointing out things I hadn't considered to the extent that the plan had to change their and then. I'm so glad I listened as now the result is even better for both me and my beloved Cat and we can both enjoy the whole garden. Grant even built me a better back gate on the day and fixed my side gate. All the team were just lovely and a pleasure to have around. The job looks so neat and was completed to a very high standard. Many have said how well it blends in to the garden and is hardly noticeable. I'm so grateful to the team and would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a solution that not only looks good but works and for a very reasonable price. Thanks to my three musketeers!”

“Wonderful caring vet practice. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”

“The members of staff working in the North Street, Crewe, branch are amazing. Not one of the staff are abrupt or rude. They have always made me feel good and kept me calm when there have been any issues. Which I may add have never been down to them. Usually issues occur from the surgery I use that causes the staff at this chemist problems which they always manage to resolve. They are brilliant and don’t always get the appreciation they deserve. Thankyou all and Well done for your good service and patience.”

“Professional friendly and efficient. Everything that is lacking at the main chemist pharmacy in Holmes Chapel. After a very stressful experience there I went to Goostrey and was treated with courtesy and served quickly. However the pharmacist did take time to register my details which meant that when I absentmindedly left one of my packages on the counter he was able to ring me - which he did. Very very impressed!”

“Came for a 'posh' fish and chips with my sister on Saturday afternoon. It was a Virgin gift voucher from my friends. We were seated straight away and all the staff were really lovely. Modern decor. The fish and chips were delicious and we also enjoyed the fizz that came with it. Great first impression of the place and we will certainly call in again. Thank you for a lovely time.”

“Ordered a few kennel doors from this place. As this the only company That sells kennel door panels with left hand side openings. The delivery took a little bit longer. But once arrived we noticed The quality of the door panels were much better the hinges are better quality than others who sell the same items in the uk. So the wait was worth it. Will be ordering another 5 very soon. Thanks”

“I was a customer in the store today and felt it was important to leave a review after witnessing an unpleasant incident that was handled far better than it should ever have needed to be. I saw and heard two customers who were running around the shop shouting, laughing, and loudly mocking a conversation involving a young child. They were treating the store like a playground, disturbing staff and other customers. From close proximity, it was noticeable that they had a strong smell consistent with recent substance use, and their behaviour was erratic and confrontational. A member of staff intervened and asked them to stop, explaining that their behaviour was inappropriate. Instead of listening, they escalated things — repeatedly justifying mocking a child in a local supermarket, laughing it off as a “joke,” and verbally abusing the staff member. I clearly heard him being insulted, including being called a “fat bastard.” He asked them to leave at-least half a dozen times before they finally did. But not before this colleague agreed they could buy what they had and leave, after paying they then returned to the colleague to further harass him. After the incident, I spoke briefly to the colleague involved. I always forget his name; but he was a young man with brown hair — someone I hadn’t seen in the store for a while but who I remember as always courteous and friendly. He explained that the conversation they were mocking was with his nephew. What stood out was that he made the point directly to the customers it shouldn’t matter who the child was — no one should be mocked or harassed in a supermarket, especially children. No supermarket staff member should ever have to put up with behaviour like this. What I saw was someone standing his ground firmly in the face of sustained provocation. As a customer, I actually found it reassuring to see bullying behaviour challenged instead of ignored. I’ve been coming to this store for years and have always received great service. If I had been spoken to the way that colleague was, the outcome would have been far worse, — his restraint and professionalism deserve praise.”

“Visited the Grand Junction Crewe Boots today and the customer service we received from Karolina was superb. She was so helpful and very friendly. She was manning the till area on her own, and there was not any other staff around, but she still took time to help us with an item that was not readily available on the shop floor. She checked stock, she sourced the item from the back storage and was just so pleasant and smiley. A real credit to Boots. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took an interest in our plans. What a refreshing change. Amazing customer service. Thank you Karolina.”
