“Absolutely great pharmacy the staff go above and beyond their normal duties. They are always obliging and I've personally found I can discuss anything with them. I would recommend them to anyone. thank you to all of you A*+to everyone”
“Still a 5 star . Will never use pets a at home whilst this amazing place is still open. Staff always friendly and gecko food always seems (don't eat it so can't comment) healthy and better quality than p at home”
“Visited Pets at Home in Crewe and had a great experience. The store was clean, well-organised and had plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to find what we needed. Will definitely return!”
“Once again TGR did great job of making our nervous Collie clean and Bootiful. Girls are fab and we wouldn't leave her with anyone else.”
“She was a very helpful and lovely woman supports local community and farmers do recommend and thank you for the meal worms”
“Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.”
“Wonderful caring vet practice. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”
“Amazing and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Always greeted with a warm welcome. The shop it's self is very fresh and modern cannot fault them one bit.”
“Very helpful and kind, really recommend it.”
“Been shopping here for 4+ years now. Always greeted with a huge smile and the staff are very knowledgeable on the products they sell and further advice.”
“The members of staff working in the North Street, Crewe, branch are amazing. Not one of the staff are abrupt or rude. They have always made me feel good and kept me calm when there have been any issues. Which I may add have never been down to them. Usually issues occur from the surgery I use that causes the staff at this chemist problems which they always manage to resolve. They are brilliant and don’t always get the appreciation they deserve. Thankyou all and Well done for your good service and patience.”
“These vets and staff continue to be just the nicest people ever. They love our pets like we do and are just the best. That’s all.”
“I would never shop at pets at home (no care for animal welfare) but it is so great having this place on my doorstep.”
“Probably the best dog food shop around! Wholeheartedly recommended”
“The owner let me park in his farmyard while I fished the canal. A very pleasant and friendly gentleman. A good experience.”
“Highly recommended. Three cats came home well looked after and contented. Will definitely use the Laurels again.”
“On my visit today the staff member who served me could not have been more helpful and kind. Great experience.”
“Professional friendly and efficient. Everything that is lacking at the main chemist pharmacy in Holmes Chapel. After a very stressful experience there I went to Goostrey and was treated with courtesy and served quickly. However the pharmacist did take time to register my details which meant that when I absentmindedly left one of my packages on the counter he was able to ring me - which he did. Very very impressed!”
“Very rarely doesn't have the things I want. Good selection of olives and prociutto. Wish Co-ops had spring cabbage on a regular basis. Otherwise, very good. Nice bread, too.”
“Ordered a few kennel doors from this place. As this the only company That sells kennel door panels with left hand side openings. The delivery took a little bit longer. But once arrived we noticed The quality of the door panels were much better the hinges are better quality than others who sell the same items in the uk. So the wait was worth it. Will be ordering another 5 very soon. Thanks”
“I was a customer in the store today and felt it was important to leave a review after witnessing an unpleasant incident that was handled far better than it should ever have needed to be. I saw and heard two customers who were running around the shop shouting, laughing, and loudly mocking a conversation involving a young child. They were treating the store like a playground, disturbing staff and other customers. From close proximity, it was noticeable that they had a strong smell consistent with recent substance use, and their behaviour was erratic and confrontational. A member of staff intervened and asked them to stop, explaining that their behaviour was inappropriate. Instead of listening, they escalated things — repeatedly justifying mocking a child in a local supermarket, laughing it off as a “joke,” and verbally abusing the staff member. I clearly heard him being insulted, including being called a “fat bastard.” He asked them to leave at-least half a dozen times before they finally did. But not before this colleague agreed they could buy what they had and leave, after paying they then returned to the colleague to further harass him. After the incident, I spoke briefly to the colleague involved. I always forget his name; but he was a young man with brown hair — someone I hadn’t seen in the store for a while but who I remember as always courteous and friendly. He explained that the conversation they were mocking was with his nephew. What stood out was that he made the point directly to the customers it shouldn’t matter who the child was — no one should be mocked or harassed in a supermarket, especially children. No supermarket staff member should ever have to put up with behaviour like this. What I saw was someone standing his ground firmly in the face of sustained provocation. As a customer, I actually found it reassuring to see bullying behaviour challenged instead of ignored. I’ve been coming to this store for years and have always received great service. If I had been spoken to the way that colleague was, the outcome would have been far worse, — his restraint and professionalism deserve praise.”
“Excellent customer service - always ready to help and give good advice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.”
“Came for a 'posh' fish and chips with my sister on Saturday afternoon. It was a Virgin gift voucher from my friends. We were seated straight away and all the staff were really lovely. Modern decor. The fish and chips were delicious and we also enjoyed the fizz that came with it. Great first impression of the place and we will certainly call in again. Thank you for a lovely time.”
“Visited the Grand Junction Crewe Boots today and the customer service we received from Karolina was superb. She was so helpful and very friendly. She was manning the till area on her own, and there was not any other staff around, but she still took time to help us with an item that was not readily available on the shop floor. She checked stock, she sourced the item from the back storage and was just so pleasant and smiley. A real credit to Boots. Nothing was too much trouble, and she took an interest in our plans. What a refreshing change. Amazing customer service. Thank you Karolina.”
“Superb products. Really enjoyed the show. A my dog loves her new toys.”
