   I bought a fish tank from Crewe pets at home in October only to come downstairs and the water be drained all throughout my living room. I tried to call customer service and had no success talking to an actual person so I went back to the store. Without question the manager very kindly swapped the tanks and I was on my way. I wanted to express my gratitude for your kindness as I was having a really bad day and this small act ment a lot more than you probably realised. So thank you so much.

   Asked £3,000 for a surgery to remove 2 cysts, when we tried alternative treatment, the vet said we neglected the cat for saying we couldn't afford to pay in full just yet and our insurance claim was denied because of it.

   I had my puppy groomed for the first time today at this store. If they had an option for 0 stars they would have got -0 I was extremely disappointed with the grooming service, our poor little terrier was pretty much scalped to the skin and with the weather turning we have had to buy the little pup additional coats to keep warm!! The price was extremely high in my option. Even after telling them that the pup goes to Scotland during the week and needs a tidy up! The cut was not even even and you can see his skin, they did call and state that he would need a short cut due to matting? However the night before he was combed and did not have any mats! Very disappointed with the whole service. Will definitely not be using them again!

   Good selection of things for lots of different animals. Friendly staff but they do seem a bit rushed off their feet. Queues were long but staff did what they could to reduce them.

   I have got to be honest, I love pets at home, it has everything for everyone. The Puppy pack vouchers are great and save a lot of money, so thank you Pets at Home. If you have not got the VIP card, its a must.

   We've recently welcomed 2 kittens into our family so visited the Pets at Home Crewe store to get supplies. Kate who served me was fantastic, really friendly and helpful, explaining that if I downloaded the app and registered I could get lots of discounts and offers. I ended up with 20% off everything I bought that day, free kitten food and lots of other discounts for the future, as well as great advice and tips. Kate was really great and is an asset to the store and company. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou for helping a new cat mum!
