   I tried to get a room but they demanded either a Deliveroo, Uber Eats or JustEat account and a fake UK ID in a girls name, such as Rebecca or Joanne. I had none of these sadly or else I could have stayed for free with three hot meals a day and central heating. Sadly our veterans don't get such luxuries and are left to sleep on the street.

   A good place to rest ones head, good size room, TV, Kettle etc, good staff, helpful and polite. At the moment there's limited food and drinks choice, but given that the hotel is still getting over having migraines staying and making a mess, it's a good place to stay or eat and drink at.

   It's It's ok. Clean and looked nice but a bit shoddy around the edges. The windows were really drafty and the floors in the bathroom were cracked. The reception smelt newly painted and the gloss smell was a little overwhelming. Just a little attention detail is needed. Tho over all quite a nice hotel.

   Lovely staff, lovely rooms, not super modern, but have everything. Stairs are a bit dated, but it totally suits the building, superbly clean. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price. Ample car free parking. If you're a train enthusiast, this is a must! It's opposite the train station. We visited Stoke on Trent and Nantwich, and both 20 minutes drive away. There were many more places about it, but we only stayed 2 days. Near Tesco express, macdonalds and loads of food delivery places.

   Hmm, I'm on the fence about this hotel. Rooms were fine and large, staff really friendly and helpful and lovely. However, the big issue is that the room was near enough inside the train station, which was very loud and busy till around 1am and started around 6. The bed also shakes when a train goes past the window. Also the window was unable to close properly(slight gap around the edges) so the train announcements were even louder, along with the trains idling for ages before being dispatched. Only for a night for a meeting the next day, so no major problems, but I don't think I could do a longer amount of time. I'm sure the other rooms that are not facing the tracks would be much better.

   Oh my goodness. The service from the staff was the best bit about the hotel. I will also say that the hotel was clean and had plenty of sanitiser stations. However in our room was a hole in the ceiling and there was no air-conditioning. So had to keep the windows open and it was horribly warm. However these hotel definitely needs modernisation. The worst thing was its right next to the train station I heard every train and all the announcements so had about 4 hours sleep. Its a freight terminal too and one train sat outside for 25 mins with its engine running. Felt like I was sleeping on the platform itself. Would be a great stay for train spotters.

   Me and my wife just spent 3 nights here.The room was huge and clean although abit dated.The food was good,both from the menu and the breakfast.The staff were brilliant and very friendly. We would stay there again.

   Stayed for one night as part of a long journey. Staff were friendly and helpful. As this was intended as a quick stopover, there were a few maintenance issues in the room, but these didn't bother us. Nothing major though. I think I have more issue with a twin room that only provides one bath towel and one cup for tea/coffee! Just doesn't make sense! Breakfast was really good and location ideal for us.
