   Had a root canal, oooh ouch said anyone that I told, ive no idea why as it was a completely pain free process, had 2 appointments for it and neither were a problem, Karl kept me informed of what he was doing and played excellent music whilst i was having it done. I have absolutely no complaints at all, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

   Absolutely outstanding experience every time I visit. From the moment you walk through the door, the reception staff are welcoming and professional, setting a relaxed and friendly tone. The dental nurses and hygienists are fantastic, skilled, reassuring, and always happy to answer questions. Steve is exceptional. He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and his calm, thorough approach really puts you at ease. The whole team works together to create a stress-free, pleasant environment that makes going to the dentist far less daunting. The clinic itself is spotless and modern, and the fee structure is always clear and transparent, no surprises. I genuinely can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

   All the staff are lovely as always and really helpful. My hygienist appointment was good and Jo gave great advice about flossing. I was disappointed though, that my dentist appointment was cancelled on the morning of my appointment, as my husband had purposely booked off work that day so that we could both have our appointments on the same day as we live 18 miles away. So it was inconvenient to have to make another trip the next day for my dentist appointment. But apart from that, everything was great as usual.

   I have a fear of the Dentist, and need to go private to give myself more options and time. A friend who also has the fear recommended the Old Surgery so gave it a go as a last resort and glad I did. I am Autistic so need to be heard where a fear is concerned as it is far from irrational, thankfully the Dentist Rich and Hygienist Libby do some of the little things that make the world of difference. Don't lower the chair too low, don't tilt me back too far, regular reassurance breaks, warm the water for hygiene cleans etc. It is those things that help get me through the door, and I appreciate it.
