    Our daughter was admitted as an emergency nearly a week ago , is now home , after receiving the most excellent care from the Isolation Unit and wards 12 and 13. We cannot thank the staff and doctors enough for their expertise and superb care. Our daughter is severely disabled and they did not know her , but quickly and deftly got to grips with everything and diagnosed promptly what was wrong in order for her to begin her recovery. The journey home was undertaken by the ambulance service , yet again an excellent experience for her. I would give a hundred stars if I could , thank you all so much.

    Modern, clean and well run by friendly and helpful professional staff. Patients are triaged upon arrival. Having booked in, attendees are kept informed regarding expected waiting times, which, in my wife's case, was an accurate 2 hours. The medical care given was exemplary. On the downside, having not noticed any adjacent dedicated parking, I parked on the main car park, which necessitated a most uncomfortable 10 minute walk because, in my wife's case, she had a extremely painful foot injury.

    Took my invalid wife for mammogram. The "nurse" was rather rude but made out to be polite (but sarky) . She upset my wife who ended up in tears and I had to wheel her out without having her procedure. I hope she (the nurse) truly gets her karma (sooner rather than later).

    It was the same as always, very busy with patients waiting to be seen by the doctor,I myself went for my yearly checkup after having a full knee operation last year, where I had a clean bill of health.
