I visited Caroline for several weeks in early 2020. I found Caroline to be very understanding, a good listener who was able to understand both my emotions and thoughts. I believe that I achieved exactly what I was looking for at a time when I was at a low point in my life. Caroline heard me, understood me and give me a way of reflecting on my thoughts and emotions in a positive manner whilst also giving me a direction for me to pursue....a direction which may help improve my mental health in future times. I am a man in my early 40s and sometimes it can be difficult for anyone to seek help, maybe even more if you are a man, in your hour of need. However, I took this step and luckily came across Caroline. I would highly recommend Caroline to anyone who is in need of counselling sessions (check her website for details on the type of counselling Caroline provides).
