   The best pharmacy in Crewe. The manager here was extremely helpful when Boots were unable to dispense my prescription, Boots were very unhelpful and simply said their supplier was out of stock! Leaving me without medication. Rowlands pharmacy ordered my medication in the next day, even before the GP issued my replacement prescription to Rowlands. This is now my nominated pharmacy. It is always very efficient and very short waiting times. Highly recommend.

   Kind staff and quick to help. They did my prescriptions literally 5 minutes before closing even though I had just taken it in. Very helpful :)

   I came in and asked for a prescription. I was greeted by a very rude pharmacist (a woman with short dark hair and glasses) who actually argued with me over the pharmacy. Terrible service.

   Every time we visit this pharmacy the staff don't want to serve you . They stand behind in the dispenser and ignore people at the counter. My husband went in this afternoon at 3pm there were 4 customers and the staff are walking around the dispensery with there heads down not making eye contact. He was in there 15mins and there were 4 staff . Not very good customer service

   Service has declined drastically, needed multiple trips there and phone calls to the doctors to track a prescription they had received a week before to still be told they haven't received anything. However when the lady who served me turned around it appeared out of nowhere despite them saying nothing was on their system. Seen multiple people inside without masks unchallenged. Not particularly safe for my dad to go get his prescription. Some of the staff are lovely and friendly. courteous service but the majority don't even want to give you the time of day.

   Always polite personal service. far far better than the pharmacy inside the Eagle Bridge Itself. Indeed quicker than any I have used in Crewe Easy parking outside the shop if needed. A little gem in the back streets of Crewe opening hours as can be expected for its proximity to the health center. Great help in sorting out the farce created by Pharmacy 2 You

   Used this pharmacy for many years but find service is not as good now. Prescriptions not ready in specified time. On many occasions have not been able to collect full prescription due to shortages. Returned today to collect shortage from previous week, only to be told they were out of stock again. I was originally told they would be ready the following day but to collect when passing. I now have to go back a third time to collect. Sorry Rowlands, not good enough. If you owe a balance of prescription, you should allow a period of time for patient to collect.
