   To put matters in perspective, I'm completing this survey on Christmas Day morning. It's important to me because I can't speak too highly of Specsavers' service. I've already recommended friends and family to Specsavers because of my experiences. Not only have I been impressed by the standard of service but also by the standard of professionalism and that's why I will continue to sing Specsavers' praises. What has endeared me to Specsavers is that no-one has tried to force a sale of spectacles on me when my prescription hasn't altered. There was an assumption at another opticians that, when I went in for an eye test, I'd change my glasses but, as a senior citizen, I have a limited budget and a friend, who is a doctor, recommended me to Specsavers.

   Very friendly and helpful staff. Minimal waiting and very efficient. No pushy sales and great selection of good value frames to select from if needed. Fast turnaround on new glasses ordered also.

   My child usual talks when attending a sight test however on this occasion they were mute. The optician was great with them, he was calm, patient and understanding. He manged to complete the sight test using numbers rather than letters so my child could use their fingers to show what numbers they could see. The ladies downstairs when my child had selected the glasses, the staff were also great with them calm, and patient. They looked in the cupboards to see if there was a pair of glasses that would fitted better in the colour they wanted. When we collected the glasses the man was good with my child to and made the experience calm and as quick as possible.

   Lovely team of ladies in the Crewe office. They are welcoming, courteous, and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble when helping me as I am disabled, in a wheelchair so I can not reach the frames on the racks. I wasn't sure but I think I had some parts of my eye tests missed off, but I forgot to ask if it was missed off, I have a brain injury. My glasses were quicker than dates given. Fitting was easy and not stressful. I must say that I was very disappointed with two things. 1. The poor quality of the glasses cases given to protect my new purchases. They are dreadful. My glasses only just fitted. 2. The entrance. The doors to get in to the shop are manual. I am in a wheelchair and I can't reach the door handles. They are heavy. They need to have a disabled enter button. If you need a great selection of frames, and designer frames then this is the opticians to visit in Crewe.

   Booked an appointment for eye test and diabetic eye screening test and received a text message off Specsavers confirming the appointment. When I arrived for the appointment was told there had been a diary mix up and would have to come back. I asked why I wasn't contacted with this information, the receptionist said they had left me a voice mail,totally untrue. Is this the new way of treating customers of 30 years plus? Perhaps it's time to change opticians

   Came for an eye test. The service was very quick and prompt with very little waiting. All tests are carried out by professionals very quickly. The optician was happy to answer my questions and explain my results. Good customer service and friendly staff.

   Very thorough eye test, also had the check for glaucoma. Left to browse for new frames at my own pace and given all of the options available for the various varifocal lenses. No pressure, just good advice from friendly, helpful staff. Can’t recommend highly enough

   Absolutely spot on ... never gad such a thorough eye test. Especially as I am a senior and therefore any testing is free. They found a problem at the back of the eye for which I am now awaiting a hospital appointment to progress. But I had to do nothing. All is being sorted by SpecSavers. 100% recommended.

   I go for the Udioligists where I have national health hearing aids,I get free batteries and repairs where the tubes are changed regularly ,Then a yearly full test . I've been going for approximately 4years now. Excellent Servis,Very kind & Friendly staff.
