   The “Best Opticians “ I’ve visited in a while although I have a regular yearly appointment elsewhere. I have to say I’ve never felt more relaxed and been offered a drink of water or coffee a very personal experience and Courtney was great friendly and very knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do next and why. Her colleagues were very friendly and chatted while she was attending other customers before my appointment. I didn’t need my glasses changing but Courtney just showed me frames because I’d mentioned I might need to change my frames for deeper frames because of my recent skin condition.

   The Optician is a well mannered and exceptionally clever man. The Staff are really friendly, no nonsense. They let me feel at home and were very quick to make sure I was relaxed for the eye exam. But the most important thing, they did my glasses in a couple of days, did not have to wait weeks for them.

   My experience at Vision Express Opticians was one of a kind. Joanne, the manager provided excellent customer services for which i have only praises for her. She was welcoming, understanding , patient and caring. She makes me feel special, treated me as a human being ans not a number. I would highly recommend Vision Express Opticians to whoever needs glasses.

   I thought the service here was fantastic. Courtney helped me from eye tests before going through to the really thorough opticioan, I felt like i was in safe hands, and wasnt pressured into anything. I also had help choosing the perfect frames for my face shape. Would definitely recommend.

   I changed over from specsavers to vision express a couple of years ago when I moved to Sandbach, mainly because of the exceptional customer service provide, in particular by Jo who I always deal with when ever I go in. She always goes above and beyond and follows up everything without hesitation. I always feel like part of the family when I go in (which is often as I have a bit of a glasses obsession ha) and the service is always 10/10. Jo has a lot of knowledge when it comes to types of glasses, or contact lense types and is always super helpful and polite. Great job!

   We have a different Vision Express 10 mins from home, but we drive 40 mins to come here instead as the service is so good. It’s run by owners and you can tell. It’s feels like an independent as they really care, offer excellent service and I feel valued as a customer. Plus the range is excellent.

   At one point every member of staff was helping me to purchase a very snazzy paid of specs “Prada” darling, Unfortunately the correct code of these specific style of frames was hard to find on the vision express system, but with persistence from everyone it was eventually found, ensuring I purchase the exact frame I wanted … Thankyou all .
