   I really appreciate the help provided by the store in getting a product for my grandparents pet budgie. They have struggled in sourcing the product, and in speaking to the team in the store, they phoned me back to confirm that they had ordered some in, enabling my grandparents to pick this up in future stress free.    A little expensive, no choose of dog food, for everyone's different dog taste's. Can't use it in an emergency as you have to order your animals choice of food. Window display needs looking at. Used to love going here for a natter with the previous owner and staff, when buying my pet food. New staff are a bit stand offish.

   Great pet shop in Sandbach with a good range of foods and toys for different pets. Separate entrance and exit which is great for keeping distancing between people in the shop. Really good staff who offer a great service and are happy to help! Offering good and helpful advice but most importantly care about pets!
