   I phoned Alsager when another Equestrian shop had constantly given me back order on a John Whitaker hat for my daughter’s birthday last October. We looked online and eventually found one at this saddlery on December 21st. The lady I spoke to went & physically checked she had one, put it in the post for me and it arrived Christmas Eve!!! I am so impressed by this customer service-Thank you Alsager

   New to the area and needed a saddlery ASAP. Found this beauty and had everything I needed for my princess. Only thing id say is I was looking for a girly rug but wasn't much option. Other than that prices are decent, staff are nice and managed to sort my girl out with everything she needed to settle into her new home. Thank you guys.

   Found this hidden gem today whilst looking for a long lead for our dogs. Our trainer suggested a horse lunge line and on searching online for a local supplier this store came up. A quick phone call to check they stocked what I was looking for this morning and a visit this afternoon to purchase them. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly assistant dealt with our enquiry. The items we required were very reasonably priced too. A vast array of stock mainly for horses but quite a bit of dog equipment too including harnesses, collars etc. Highly recommended

   Fantastic saddlery. All the equipment / clothing you need, and they sell small niche items too. They also sell feed / bedding and operate a rug washing and repair service. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking.

   This place is the Aladdins cave of Saddleries! If they haven't got it, it's not worth having! The staff are really helpful and not at all pushy with sales, The building itself is lovely inside, wooden beams are everywhere, mind your head! There is a huge selection of clothing, tackle and footwear. Literally everything you need and more!
