   Wish i had been told the Hut (cafe area ) was closed before I paid £30 dont no what he pays is drivers for a night out but I bet they can't eat in the restaurant area on there night out money you dont even get any money of for food when parking there and to be told its over hour and half wait for a table to eat not good ☹️

   Absolutely smashed the customer service today. Both lads are a great asset to Costa! I work in retail and customer facing roles and it's so refreshing to have perfect service .

   Drinks were nice especially the chocolate, the coffees were also nice. We also had cakes, mine was nice but a bit dry. Better than I expected.

   Requested a Soya Frappe, to which I was informed that it would be prepared in the same containers used to do the standard frappes with cow's milk. Where I have an intolerance, this was a swift no. Clearly this wouldn't be okay. Not impressed in the slightest

   Awful service. Cant even get a coffee right. Doesn’t apologise for getting it wrong. I had to give them back the coffee as I had a feeling she spat in it.

   This review is for the Costa inside the services. The service here is terrible. The tall bald man completely ignored me, despite me being at the front of the queue. Rude.
