   No exaggeration. Every prescribed order contains the wrong medicine.Have asked for corrections to be noted on computer but computer says 'no'.

   This used to be a great little pharmacy, until the lease ran out and they moved into a house across the road, literally. Since then, the service has been dreadful. They keep losing prescriptions, sending us someone else's pills, etc. Tash is the mainstay of the place, and seems to be the only one who knows what's going on. Although if she nips to the loo or for some lunch, the young man left in charge is as much use as a chocolate teapot. I had arranged to collect our shipping order on Friday, but Tash was unavailable and the young man was sat with his feet up, reading and ignoring me. I popped to another local shop, yet upon my return he said he couldn't locate them and I would have to wait for another member of staff to help me. I didn't have chance so I said I would call on Monday. The same young man answered my call, , and he still couldn't find them, and asked if I could wait for Tash to return from lunch. I have scored this only 1 star, because it won't allow 0 stars. Tash deserves a full house of them!

   Rude people and although I have explained that I have many medical appointments and given alternative neighbours to take in my delivery they seem to ignore it and expect me to be in when they decide to call. So shall I tell my Specialist’s that I can’t visit them because I’m waiting on the pharmacy although they have an alternative address! Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!

   Really helpful pharmacy who go above and beyond to look after customers. They are super at talking with the GP surgery and resolving issues. The prescription delivery service is a really wonderful service for the community. There is a private consultation room and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the pharmacy I would most recommend is Sandbach/Elworth.
