Efficient, friendly team. The pharmacist was fantastic - this is the first time I had used the NHS Pharmacy First service and I was really impressed.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had with the pharmacy. As someone who is currently facing significant health challenges, I had a discussion with my doctor that included a considerable amount of information. Upon collecting my prescription, I noticed I received only half of what I required. Specifically, there were supposed to be two different types of tablets included in my prescription; however, I only received one type from the pharmacist. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to verify the contents of my prescription, but given the overwhelming information I was processing at the time, I was not in the best state of mind to do so. This situation raises concerns about the pharmacy's adherence to due diligence in ensuring that patients receive the full prescriptions issued by their healthcare providers. It is essential for pharmacies to thoroughly review prescriptions to avoid such oversights. Furthermore, I didn't even get an apology for the oversight. The lady came across as cold, blunt and uncompassionate.
I went in yesterday to look for a shampoo as I have recently started experiencing extreme amount of dandruff on my scalp which is very unusual for me. I was totally embarrassed to talk about this, but I have been advised by the loveliest lady, I think her name was Emma. She was so compassionate, she listened to my “cry” and advised what to get - already tried it and made a massive difference already so thank you! But what really stood out was how lovely she was. She was just so kind and lovely and she just took the time I needed. Honestly, thank you so much, I will get all my prescription send there and I don’t want to go to any other pharmacy ever now.
Lovely staff. I am always able to get what I need from the store. Although it's not my local pharmacy, they happily step in the help with medication if needed. It's located right by Danebridge Medical Centre and has its own parking.
I normally use an online pharmacy to deliver several medications to treat Parkinsons disease. Recently the online pharmacy advised my main medication was not available and I was only in possession of a few days tablets. They advised the tablets would not be available until the beginning of March which of course left me in a right pickle. I attended the Drs and obtained an emergency prescription however I was unable to fulfil the prescription anywhere and having tried several pharmacies I went to Well Pharmacy on Drillfield Road and spoke with Dawn, who although busy herself took time to listen to my issue and then to locate the required medication and order it delivered the next working day. On the next working day Dawn contacted me on the phone to advise the medication had indeed been delivered and was ready for my collection. Without the assistance of this lady I would have been unable to take necessary medication to assist my fight with Parkinsons and would have found myself in a very sorry place, without people like Dawn the world would be a sadder darker place, my heartfelt thanks to you.

Great pharmacy! I have had trouble 2 months running getting my medications and I was told they were out of stock.. I was advised to go to WELL pharmacy by a relative and had no problems at all ....ordered in ready to collect the next day. They were very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be using them now as my nominated pharmacy.
