   Could have used another person on duty. There was a line from the pharmacy counter to the front door the whole time I was there waiting to pick up prescriptions. To their immense credit, the people working were pleasant, even with people who kept trying to get them to fix things that were due to their own error or their GP's or NHS rules. I don't think I could do it.

   Didn’t know what the online doctor was even though they are advertising it instore. Waited an hour + for my prescription even though the website said it had been delivered. Putting out promotions for discounted perfumes, and we overheard them talking about how much family members would love them. I asked if we could have one, as they were just putting the stickers on, and they said they weren’t available or on sale. Apart from one blonde lady, the staff are very rude.

   I would give 0 stars if I could because of the member of staff that served me today was the most rude person I have met! I popped in to have a look at their perfumes, but I wanted to buy something different that ive never brought before. I waited for this member of staff to become available as she was currently behind the counter in the pharmacy area doing something at the time. I waited patiently at the till for a few minutes when eventually the member of staff shouted "are you waiting to be served"? I explained that I would like to look at the perfumes and she replied asking me to wait a moment. Absolutely no problem. Momemts later she got the cabinet key and we walked over to the perfumes. This is when she became very rude and made me feel I was a massive inconvenience to her! She was not happy to help me at all. I asked if I could smell/test different perfumes so I could decide which one I would like to buy. She wouldn't open the cabinet doors until I told her which one I wanted. I explained I didn't know untill I smelt them. She told me there was no point in spraying more than 2 or 3 because it would effect the smell and be over powering.The way she spoke to me made me just tell her to forget it and I walked out to buy perfume from somewhere else! I have visited boots in cannock where they have had perfume testers out on show and test strips for people to be able to smell the scent and allow people to make their choices of which one they would like to buy so I will never enter the Rugeley boots store again! Very rude and unhelpful member of staff! I wish I had of got her name but she was working this morning - Saturday 3rd June shift about 10.30am.

   They decided to override what the GP had prescribed, even though the GP made a mistake with the amount of tablets, the chemist should issue what it says on the prescription. They also claimed to never have received my latest prescription so I had to sort this out myself with my surgery. Instead they issued a prescription that was 3 weeks old and already collected from a different chemist. Staff is so unfriendly so I might go back to Lloyds pharmacy.

   Absolutely dreadful, should be zero stars. Had a flu jab appointment at 09:00 (confirmed by Boots via email). The store opened at 09:00 only for me to be told that the pharmacist in that day didn't do flu jabs. Rude staff completely indifferent. A complete waste of time.

   Double check your prescriptions because mine was missing one but they don't take responsibility for it. They claim not to check it so how do they know what is ordered. Also when I found out I was 200 miles away

   Was passing through the Village of Rugeley this morning. By chance needed an item from a pharmacy so popped in. Rather I didn’t I waited out in a que as the Pharmacist was late. She arrived not to long after nine (about 0908)she squeezed by us all to get in, not even a polite nod or ‘Good Morning’ Only one member of staff serving so waiting 3rd in the cue listening to other staff members chatting in the back. While waiting another staff member arrived swiftly moved amongst us all wearing no mask to disappear into the back, now approaching 0915hrs. I would have expected to see staff wearing masks, surprisingly the ones I saw were not. Worse the lady serving had a bad cough it was mentioned in passing by another customer the reply ‘I’ll just soldier on’. No mask worn, handling all scripts and dealing with customers. While People can be late for many reasons, some basic manners and professionalism is required. Is the Pandemic being taken seriously in Boots Rugeley.

   It's a small store so short of a lot of things but has a few nappy selections, various vitamins etc. Getting a prescription took 3 visits so I won't be using them for this service again any time soon. I arranged for a store pick up recently which took over a week and a half due to staff not being able to find my parcel which was very disappointing.
