    Has a lovely old fashioned feel, although I'm not saying it's not modern or up-to-date but from the outside, on the corner, it reminded me of how things used to be & how Boot's the Chemist used to look like, well this is in keeping with this town of Whitchurch in Shropshire, it is such a beautiful town, so much history here, the way England was and I love it

    Great staff. Very knowledgeable. I had a prescription sent from Yorkshire, 3 days before calling at the pharmacy to pick it up. When I arrived only part of the prescription had been filled and I was expecting to be sent away until another day but the staff were right on it. Found the remaining prescription, downloaded it and got it together within minutes. At the same time sorting a busy pharmacy with other customers. One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever used and would recommend without hesitation.

    This is my local chemist where my scripts go. The staff are truly amazing they cannot help you enough. It's a small.boots so stock can be limited from the larger stores but you can order items and again staff are very accommodating. It would be nice to see the store updated a little but it works as it is and they say if it isn't broke don't fix it. Well done boots for a warm, friendly, helpful ,kind and considerate staff and store. I will praise these staff to the hilt as I once had to have an ambulance from there and the staff were outstanding. They know you by name and always ask how you are. Thank you.
