   Get good quality school shoes and is a variety of sizes. Lovely staff. All of the shoes are in sections such as men, women & kids. Very helpful with children. Also not too expensive

   Very happy with the purches. I'm not a person who likes shopping... but I was able to quickly find right shoos for me. Shop have a good range of shoes and good range of quality and prices. I spend hour in other known branded shops but only in Shoezone I found one. I used the shoes on a wedding, my feet felt bryliant. Thank you :)

   Went to Telford for a particular pair of shoes for my husband - they did not have his size in stock but the assistant- Jess - said we could get a pair delivered for free by Thursday. She was extremely helpful, polite and a credit to the business. Thank you.

   As I walked into Shoe Zone at the Wrekin Retail Park the other day, a very elderly couple went in in front of me. The lady was having difficulty walking, and one of the staff went to them immediately and offered to help them. She was very kind and patient, nothing was too much trouble to her. I was very impressed. So often shop assistants can be uncaring, or even rude, to elderly people, and it was lovely to see someone being so helpful and polite. Great customer service.

   Came into Store, yesterday, 5th June 2023 and ordered 2 pairs of slippers to be posted to me at my home address the following day. Fantastic service as the slippers arrived today, the day after as promised. The lady on the desk was so professional and so friendly. Love this shop. A big thank you to your staff.

   Shame really. Thinks that appear to be in the offer are not when you get to the checkout. One patern of the multi buy of the same slipper is, one isn't. Staff look at it like 'what's the problem it's only money'

   Shoezone on Wellington retail park I made a special journey up to the retail park due to needing a new pair of work boots for work the next day the opening hours online day it's open till 8pm I got there at 6pm only to be told by a employee that they shut at 6pm who shouted from behind the till I then explained that wasn't what it said online her reply was well we changed the hours from 8pm to 6pm I pointed out there was no opening hours notice anywhere to be seen to which I got the reply well we are closed

   Whilst I do not expect the 5 star customer service treatment, I do not expect 3 people at a till to continue their conversation about someone “taking hours” or changing shifts whilst not even acknowledging a customer handing over shoes to pay for. I didn’t even get eye contact from the person serving me who continued to take part in conversation. Had it not been for the fact my children were already set on those particular shoes I would have just walked away mid transaction. It’s not like the place was so busy they’d never get chance to talk again and what’s worse is it looked to me like at least one of the people involved were some kind of management. I have never written a google review before but I was so unbelievably irritated that I had to.
