   Not only is the quality of furniture superb but the customer service is outstanding. I was assisted by Georgia at the Chichester store; from day 1 she was so helpful, offering intelligent suggestions and patient support with regard to my furnishing requirements. Communication was excellent throughout. On the day of delivery, the staff were incredibly professional, moved quickly to install and build all items and the whole experience couldn’t have gone any better. I can highly recommend ALL aspects of purchasing from BoConcept. Nothing is too much trouble and ALL staff exceeded expectations throughout every part of the process. Thank you!

   I can't praise and thank enough the service I have just received from the Chichester store, particularly Teodora who was so willing kind and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we got our accessories, especially as it was Easter Weekend, so we had them before our guests arrived.! She double checked store rooms etc and eventually found what we wanted and coomunicated with us all through the process. We were so grateful that on seeing our address she used her initiative and offered to personally deliver the parcels later that day as we were on her way home! Brilliant service and all done so cheerfully! Thank you so much. One happy customer.

   I had the absolute pleasure of working with BoConcept in Cirencester and their brilliant interior designer, Teo Savcheva, who transformed my home into a masterpiece. Teo’s expertise and eye for detail brought together stunning furniture pieces that perfectly blended Japandi minimalism with bohemian charm. Each room she worked on is a testament to her talent and dedication. Our Study: Teo curated an incredible workspace featuring the Lugano storage unit in walnut veneer paired with Como wall-mounted storage. The adjustable shelves inside the Lugano were a practical touch, while the Como bookcase added a unique twist to traditional shelving. For seating, she chose the Porto chair in grey Ravello suede fabric—a true masterpiece with lumbar support, recliner functionality, 360-degree swivel, and a soft lounging seat. The Asti desk was complemented by the Vienna office chair in taupe Nordic grain leather for ultimate style. To elevate the space further, she added luxury accents like BoConcept’s smoked glass and brown marble side table, a matching Tone mirror, and the mathcing Stockholm table lamp. Our Living Areas: Teo created a harmonious yet dynamic living space with a Bergamo sofa and Bolzano daybed, complemented by the Eden footstool. She added Madrid coffee tables and an Ottawa side table to complete the look in one room. In another, she designed a cozy cinema room with Salamanca sofas featuring matching footstools alongside an Ottawa footstool. The furniture choices, combined with her advice on flooring materials and wall coverings, truly brought the concept to life. Teo’s attention to detail and customer service were unparalleled. Having spent 25 years in the property business, I’ve never encountered someone so passionate and committed to their work. Her follow-ups and aftercare were refreshing and reassuring. I’m thrilled with the results and have already recommended Teo to friends who are embarking on their own interior design projects.
