I'd rang up the day before and asked if they could put an item aside for me, the lady said no problem. Goes in today to get it, and there you are, right behind the counter, cheery faces all round, I like it in a shop when a genuine smile is on display, well done RD team.”

“A1 Services have helped me twice now with a rental property, once for a dishwasher and today for a new washer/dryer. They gave me a very competitive price and were brilliant at delivering and fitting both items. “Myself and my partner were served by Evie is the carphone warehouse department in the Chichester store today and I’m blown away by how much knowledge and expertise she has. I had to write her a review because we are always so quick to write bad reviews but good employees deserve recognition too. She is an absolute credit to your team. I had a lot to do on my phone and it took nearly 4 hours, but I didn’t feel rushed, Evie was patient, calm, chatty and made the whole thing so much less stressful. She got us both a fantastic deal and we are both so pleased. At one point she was helping 3 people all at once! She wasn’t pushy or too ‘salesy’ she was quick and to the point. Was a real pleasure dealing with you and thank you for sorting all our issues!”
