    Anyone who is giving bad reviews to this company have the wrong company. The scammers use the company name 24x7 Home Applicnace Support Ltd. This is not the same company. 24x7 Home Appliance Support Ltd are a scam company based in India. They will sell you warranty and insurance on your white good. This insurance does not exist yet you will be charged for it every month. Don't take any notice of cold calling companies offing you deals that are too good to be true, especially when they have Indian accents and English sounding names.

    I spoke to Toni who was exceptionally helpful, Id left a poor review thinking this wax EJ appliance Support. After speaking to Toni from Appliance Support id use this company.

    The washer/dryer needed replacing. After 14 weeks of waiting, we still havent had a replacement. Company is non-responsive and when contact is made, repeatedly gives false information. The outcome is that we are still waiting for a replacement.

    This company are a bunch of cowboys, they should be called "We Cant Be Arsed With Appliance Support". When our microwave need repair under guarantee we were told by the retailer to contact Appliance Support who would either repair or replace our microwave. After reporting the fault to them, they sent an engineer out who looked at our microwave and told us it needed some new parts. The engineer said he would order the bits needed and return within 7 days. That was 10 weeks ago and we are still waiting. I have since emailed this company 4 times and they have not replied or acknowledged a single email. We are a busy house with 2 teenage children where the microwave was used numerous times every day, we got fed up waiting so we have now gone to the expense of buying a new microwave - so much for a product guarantee and customer service.

    I would not touch them with a bargepole. Got Β£150 from me under false pretences. Customer service is abysmal. Took my money off my account in secs ,still waiting on my 6th day for refund after being promised be paid in 3 every time i phone keep telling me something dif an manager not available.
