Great store always convenient for me to get a lot of stuff at a great price next to Screwfix but I tend to lean towards Toolstation over quality and price thanks

James served me and was really helpful. It's always the staff that makes the difference. Another thing that I thought worthy of mentioning, was the collaboration between Screwfix and Toolstation. With Screwfix initially recommending Toolstation to me and I learnt from James it's vice versa. It's proof to me that they both value the customer needs over the competition / profit. Well worth 5 stars. I look forward to my next visit.
Went in here trying to find a bulb for my wifes wax burner which was highly unusual the staff here could not do enough, we spent a good 15 to 20 minutes trying to find the correct bulb honestly so pleased with their help and service today and I felt a bit like a plonker for not keeping hold of the old bulb to my wife's wax melt. I recommend these and will definitely come again overall very pleased.

Amazing service James helped me find the correct cutting disc for my chop off saw , then wrote down the info I would need next time (even if from somewhere other than ts) Thankyou James. I just wish other branches had one of you.
Went in to buy some polyester resin. Not in stock. Ordered some for store delivery next day. No text confirming it was in by 2pm so went anyway to pick up. It hadn't been delivered and there was no tracking info. Needed to get the job dine so bought resin at Halfords. Then the best bit - woman on the till refused to refund me until the day of delivery had passed! So now I have to make another trip to the store with my card to get my money back. Come on Toolstation sort your act out.
I bought £50 worth of tarpaulins on my first visit to a Toolstation store. I just wanted to give a shout out for 'James', who was so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If he was in a McDonalds, he would be wearing these 5 stars on his chest! Thank you James, and keep it up. 'Service' in these difficult covid-times is much appreciated.
