   Really impressed with the whole branch. Hire department really accommodating when after specific tools or attachments even to the point of searching other branches. The young man and lady on the desk. Theyre the first people out of all our suppliers to ask for our identity badges which is meant to be mandatory. Delivery driver is always polite Also a massive win for us is when someone makes a call to see if we needed anything added onto our order before it leaves or even when they call us to let us know it’s on the way. Not sure of the gentleman's name but really happy with that service as well. All in all, best branch/supplier ive had to work with in a long time

   Really great customer service. We hired a wacker plate for the weekend and the person at the desk was really helpful and gave us lots of advice. It was our first time hiring equipment from Jewson like this and we felt really well informed and comfortable taking it back and using it on our own. Drop off was really easy too. Will definitely continue to use this service in the future.

   Phoned early morning for an earliest delivery date .. answered by a really nice cheerful guy who was so helpful and gave me next day delivery .. couldnt be happier.. next morning bright and early another lovely guy delivered my 2 ton bags .. right over the gate into my garden .. nothing was to much trouble .. even tried to give him a tip which he totally refused and told me to have a drink on him ... lol.. .. will definitely be buying from them again . Great team x

   Ken from the tool hire department, what a great ambassador for Jewsons , they where about to shut and we phoned to ask if they had a whacker plate to hire as we had been let down last minute and he helped us out and was very helpful . Nice greeting when we arrived and even helped us load it . Nothing was too much trouble for him . Thank you
