Can't fault this company. They came round on a Saturday afternoon to fit a washing machine. Really friendly guys and with me being a technophobe, gave me a step by step guide as to how to use the machine. Would highly recommend. Brilliant service.
Excellent service helping my Mum when her chest freezer failed and a replacement was needed quickly at the weekend. A1 Services were so helpful, identifying a suitable, in stock replacement, which they then delivered the same day. A stressful situation resolved with care and consideration, right down to taking away the packaging. And to boot, they’ve even kindly offered to take the broken one away, when they’re next in the area with their van. Thank you so much.

A1 Services have helped me twice now with a rental property, once for a dishwasher and today for a new washer/dryer. What lovely people .... had problems with the appliance we bought, through no fault of A1 Services. A1 Services were extremely helpful and supportive of our issues which has resulted in the manufacturers refunding the cost (under the guarantee) so that we can have a new replacement.
Amazing service!! When our fridge freezer packed up in our holiday home we were desperate with all of our food in this heat. Discovered A1 Services Ltd via Google. We gave them a visit and they had exactly the fridge freezer we needed. Bought it, and it was delivered within 1 hour by a very helpful delivery driver. Definitely recommend

What a lovely company, had two separate issues with Bosh appliances so wanted to get A1 booked in but after discussing issues the nice gentleman advised me to go to Bosh directly as they would be able to sort the particular issue rather than a call out with A1 to make them some money. Very honest and sincere. Will use again
Amazing service. First of all I tried calling Currys absolutely dire service. Then I spoke to A1 the lady was so helpful in picking the fridge freezer with me. She me with the dimensions even converting into feet. absolutely amazing service. The fridge freezer was delivered within 2-hours buy a friendly gentleman nothing was too much trouble. stress free.
