Okay but there were staff I walked up to and they will not answer me questions very clearly they just look confused weird need to be more organised and maybe they would be more effective and efficient

Was ok, brought new TV for Mum & Dad. I asked if they did price match which the said they did and I found same TV cheaper at Argos but then the server said its got an extra /1 at the end of the Argos one so its a different model. Then kinda rubbed it in me face which was a little demeaning.

Myself and my partner were served by Evie is the carphone warehouse department in the Chichester store today and I’m blown away by how much knowledge and expertise she has. I had to write her a review because we are always so quick to write bad reviews but good employees deserve recognition too. She is an absolute credit to your team. I had a lot to do on my phone and it took nearly 4 hours, but I didn’t feel rushed, Evie was patient, calm, chatty and made the whole thing so much less stressful. She got us both a fantastic deal and we are both so pleased. At one point she was helping 3 people all at once! She wasn’t pushy or too ‘salesy’ she was quick and to the point. Was a real pleasure dealing with you and thank you for sorting all our issues!

Bought an Apple EarPod online, decided to do the click and collect because it would be faster even though there was free delivery. Upon arrival, I went to the ‘click and collect’ counter. Though there were 3 staff on duty, none of them came to me. 2 were at the repair side, a shorter guy was at my side. However, not once did he ask if he could help. He served another customer that came to buy a vacuum. So, I thought if no one is bothered about me, it’s time to ask. I asked the shorter guy, weird coloured hair if there were anyone at this counter. I was instead curtly told to go ‘ look for guys in hi-vis’ to help. So,my question here is a) why is there a click and counter ‘ section with no one manning it. The excuse I got was really ludicrous, I am supposed to go hunt for guys in ‘hi-vis’. Surely, this click and collect is supposed to convenience customers. They claim all staff was deployed onto shop floor, I do not see a busy shop. Secondly, the staff roster for this post for the day should be more aware of customers turning up for collection. This system has deflated all beliefs that it is working. The worse was not the lack of staff but the lack of customer service. There were no sorry nor ‘we will get someone to help you’. Instead, I was supposed to look for a staff. I am writing this and I expect to get an acknowledgment from the management for this appalling service. So.. click and collect brings more hassle than convenience. By the way, I found out the rude staff who asked me to go hunting, his name is James.

Very disappointed with the terrible unhelpful service. Had my iPad brought in for repair twice and it’s still not fixed and all they said they can do is send it back again. It’s been over a month now and it’s still not fixed. They clearly don’t know what they are doing and they don’t care. I don’t recommend any on to shop here at all. If I could go back in time and not buy my iPad from here I WOULD! Awful

I bought a washer+dryer that was scheduled for delivery 11 days later. Night before delivery they messaged me to tell me it's going to take another 11 days. No explanation either. Finally get it and guess what, it's broken and another long wait for my delivery. I moved into an unfurnished place and relocated here so I have no furniture and I have been going to many shops in the area to purchase various goods. This was the only shop I had a bad experience with. There was another visit to Currys which was also another bad experience with them trying to manipulate prices to sell you "free" extended warranties. Anyway I am stuck with no washing machine and the positive outlook is I have learnt my lesson. I rather pay a few more pounds and get good customer service with quicker turn around times.

Very helpful and knowledgeable team of sales staff and I came away with just what I needed. If I had a negative point it is the inevitable pressure selling of additional insurance cover. I am realistic about this and know that they make quite a profit from these sales and the staff are probably targeted to sell as many policies as they can. You have to be pretty strong willed before they take " no" for an answer. BUT if you don't want it then be polite but the don't give in!!

Horrendous customer service. Tried to return some headphones they say after I bought them because they felt cheap and like they would break too easily for the £70 I spent. Hadn’t so much as put them on my head but had obviously opened the box. Fair enough if that’s store policy but he was so rude about it and could’ve mentioned it when he sold them to me considering it was the same guy and I mentioned that I wasn’t sure about not being able to take them out of the box and see them before I purchased. They had none on display and wouldn’t take them out of the box for me to see before I bought so I’m not sure how it’s any different from if I had “blind bought” them online in which case he informed I would’ve have been able to truth them easily even after taking out of the box. Feels like something you could’ve mentioned BEFORE I bought them from you. Avoid Curry’s in store purchasing but especially avoid the Chichester store!

It's hard to give me an opinion because I've been using this store for many years. They have a very large selection Radio Television And everything you need at home From phone laptop fridge washing machine etc . After the last visit (buying a phone) I am disgusted. Going to the store at this time of year (November) I don't want to stand under the air conditioning and feel cold. I don't want to hear the salesman complain because she wants to go home early. As well as refusing to accept cash because she had already counted the money. I felt uncomfortable.

Bought an office chair online. Chair was delivered with severely damaged packaging which when unwrapped, revealed a chair which had obviously been previously shipped out and returned. Took the chair back to Currys Chichester. Staff member I initially spoke with told me that I would need to arrange for the return myself as it was an online order. Referring to the damage he said 'it's what you should expect if you order online'. I said I had no intention of incurring costs to return an item that was obviously damaged and had been previously shipped to another customer. After a heated discussion, they eventually agreed to process my refund in store. Tried to obtain the name of the first chap I spoke with but another member of staff refused to give a name. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid. Do not buy online or in store from Currys Chichester. Customer service is non existent.
