   Ordered 2 small items online. One was in stock other was promised following day. Had text to say 2nd item was ready and headed for screwfix only to be told they couldn't find the 2nd item. Wasted 15miles of expensive deisel and 40 mins of valuable time. Need to return tomorrow assuming the 2nd item, now reordered, arrives and can be found. Not happy.

   Placed click and collect order (on Friday) as website said local store had products in stock that I required. Expected to collect following day but got an email say product being sent to store from distribution centre and would not be available until Monday. Otherwise service and product quality could not be faulted.

   Brilliant staff, always happy to help, items in stock and if not they arrive the very next day 7 days a week. If your order is over £50 Screwfix will even get it to your house/site the very next day for FREE!! Can’t fault the team in store, and the recent refit looks amazing. Nice to see Screwfix spending money on my local store.
