   I am so glad I used a local business rather than one of the national suppliers. I needed to have it installed in my bedroom as I am not very mobile at the moment. They came over and delivered it. They then returned to place it on a small plinth because I was finding it difficult to open the door on carpet. Highly recommended!

   Two guys came to replace.oven fan motor. When they started to take my double oven out, I warned them not to damage my worktop, I said put a dustsheet under it , but no, damage my worktop, then denied doing it. Jon who works in the shop, did not want to know about

   Very poor after service, washing machine not worked from day one still waiting after 3 months for it to be fixed. No offer of a replacement or refund, Should of gone to currys as they give a 7day no repair replacement policy, I will never buy anything from this shop again, my advice is AVOID from buying from this shop as NO after care

   Purchased a new fridge from Johnstons after researching Euronics website for right one matching our requirements. Jon was really helpful and delivery guy was really nice. Took old fridge away (at a cost) and fitted new fridge without any hassle. Was really pleased with the service.

   5+ stars- highly recommend these guys, My Washing machine broke, I popped into the shop to see what my options were, John was incredibly helpful, we tried a few things first that didn't work, so I ordered a new one and within 24 hours my new washing machine was delivered and installed to a high standard.... There customer service is second to none... So happy! shopping local is defiantly the way forward - Thank you!

   I complained to the shop that I could not see the flame on the gas jets of my new cooker. This shop did not want to know about my complaint at all. However they eventually sent a man round whose first words to me was "be quick as I haven't got time to waste"!! This was when I was trying to explain something to him. Do not go to this shop.

   5 Stars for every step of the way - refreshing to find service like this still exists!! Great service and pricing, would thoroughly recommend!!!! I purchased a dishwasher from Johnsons Domestic Appliances last week which was delivered today. Both John and Keith were very helpful with their advice and service. The machine I wanted wasn't in stock at the time but they kept in touch with me about delivery and were very accommodating when booking the delivery to my property. The appliance was delivered into the house by the friendly delivery crew.

   What a helpful pair of chaps, VERY knowledgeable on their products AND they don't try to sell you the most expensive item in the shop. I found their product at another shop cheaper and they matched the price no problem at all. So nice to get away from the big stores who ignore you. We will be shopping there again and it's SO handy to have a Euronics dealer so close AND they deliver. Many thanks chaps A+++++++
