   Customer service is non existent. Guy just sat in the office staring at his phone didn’t even acknowledge anyone came in. Update; In reply to your comment below. What do you class as an appropriate amount of time before approached by a salesman? We were in the store for around 20 minutes and no one seemed to be interested. It’s a small selection you hold so no longer would be needed. The review is a perfect reflection of your poor customer service, I hope whatever you where staring at your on your, completely oblivious to the world, was worth it.

   Don’t go anywhere else! We recently bought a new bed and mattress from Bed & Mattress Centre Chichester and couldn’t be happier. After an underwhelming visit to one of the big chains, it was refreshing to get such knowledgeable, friendly service from Dan and the team. Delivery was right on time, the installers were professional and polite, and the bed and mattress are excellent quality. Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend supporting this great local business.

   I bought a new memory foam mattress for my boat as my wife and I were planning a long trip. I brought the old cushions as a template: the shape was very irregular. We now have set off on our voyage and three weeks in, the perfectly fitted mattress has transformed our nights (as far as comfort is concerned!!). The price was well worth it and saved an expensive ‘upgrade’ to sprung etc. Highly recommended.

   I highly recommend this shop if like myself you are not familiar with the features of different mattresses as Matthew was patient, knowledgeable and radically objective across different mattress providers even if not stocked by themselves. Delivery was efficient and helpful. The mattress was Espoir and genuinley all-natural unlike other "eco" offerings filled with recycled plastic (great but sweaty). Thank you.

   We tried all of the big named bed shops but none of them compare to this shop. The owner was friendly, very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect bed and mattress for us. The delivery was speedy and arranged around us and the gents who delivered and installed our bed were as lovely as the owner. Would 100% recommend a visit.
