Frankies bling opened here November 2020 Monday- Saturday 10-4 x brighthouse is no longer in this location.
Really bad customer service a friend brought a tv from here had it for 2 days and screen completely had a fault with lines across the tv so sent back for repair went away for 2 weeks then came back with same issue and no remote control or screws for stand. Rang them up for the remote control and screws and got told to wait another week refuse to give us a remote control and screws then ask for a swap for another tv like for like and again refuse that too and got told to send back for repair if came back with same issue then they would think about a swap but point is they dont check item at all when they do they dont send item fully complete.
Staff are good but new manager don't know what he is like manager don't stay long but good crew nice product but always look as rentals until payed for been a customer for over 14 years
Very good. help full staff very friendly and understandind they go out of their way to nelp and are very good
The staff are wonderful, I just wouldn't pay their prices unless I was desperate!
