   Love hobbycraft, but 1 member of staff at Chichester so rude - no wonder they are closing down! Perhaps customer service training was lacking there!

   Popped in here just to browse, and I did not purchase anything on this visit. I thought the store was well laid out and had lots of lovely craft products and helpful staff. I will certainly go back when I have more time.

   Very well organized place for those who are passionate about creative art, sewing, embroidery and other such concerns. Unfortunately, however, the prices are by far very high compared to other stores where you can find almost the same products but at affordable prices with which you can finish your projects. It's worth a visit though, when you're looking for quality or something special.

   Lovely bright store. Clean with easy wheelchair access. Unfortunately one or two issues mean it's not 100% accessible. The tills for example and the mad amount of display items on the floor space. But it's a great store with helpful staff. Plenty of choice for all sorts of crafts. And not expensive either.
