Great store! They only sell reduced items due to damage or minor paint / scuff issues. I have bought numerous pieces of furniture, most require a bit of TLC but once you've restored it, you cannot complain about the quality for the price! Shame to hear its closing though! Hopefully they will open another one nearby!?
Outlet should not mean unusable I understand I was buying a seconds item. But it should work!! Despite contacting store apparently it’s ok to sell broken goods. So bed is not usable
Did not have a good experience at the Chichester outlet. Despite calling & visiting numerous times the items I wanted to buy were constantly on hold! I called the morning after the hold period ended on two separate occasions for different items & both were on hold again??? Gave up trying to buy anything - won’t be returning anytime soon rather visit a shop where I can actually purchase the goods on offer. Very odd business model.
We’ve just purchased our fourth and fifth items from here and we are over the moon! All the items we have purchased have been an absolute bargain and we are so pleased with all of them. We have loved the Cotswold Company for many years so we’re very excited when an outlet popped up so close to home. We did notice at our last visit that there was less on the shop floor, but it seems that it’s because so many people have discovered this hidden gem. We reserved some items that hadn’t been put out on the shop floor yet, we got a phone call a few days later and were able to collect this weekend. The staff were really helpful and lovely. Very happy with our experience.
A very basic warehouse type shop, piled up with plenty of furniture stock. Prices significantly below catalog price, often because of some minor scratches or drinks to furniture. Big selection of bedroom wardrobe furniture. Easy parking and pickup.

Of course it's damaged goods - that's why the prices are greatly reduced! I think it's a great shop.
Was just browsing in your new store when I spied a piece of furniture that I had been looking for for ages ,but of course didn’t have the dimensions etc .I cant recommend your staff more highly they were so helpful taking measurements helping me to the car and rearranging the seats so that I could get the piece home .Added to which the furniture is good quality and it did fit .Thank you to every one that helped me
