Wonderful jeweller with a wide range of high quality new and pre-loved pieces. I only bought a fine gold chain for my pendant but Lowery had so much choice and I received *excellent* service. Highly recommend that you pay them a visit if you’re looking for a special item.

Had such a gorgeous experience with Lowery (Dove in particular! Such a lovely person) after the passing of my Dad. They remade my wedding ring from a piece of special jewellery and it's so lovely. I was told it would take approximately 3 weeks, but I got a call less than a week later to say it was ready! Such good service. Would recommend!
We’ve had such a great experience with Lowery Jewellers. A few months ago we chose our wedding rings here and were so well looked after. The staff really understood our style and helped us find the perfect match. We’re absolutely thrilled with the rings. I recently went back to have my engagement ring cleaned and the team were so lovely and helpful. They took care of it quickly and were incredibly kind. I have purchased many second hand items over the years . None have been £5 purchases. Within the last 5 years I purchased 2 different pearl necklaces. Each was an upmarket purchase. Sometime after the purchase the string broke and I paid for re stringing. No problem- it was second hand. However it is not worn frequently and one and a half years later it again broke after the repair. All the pearls shot off. I returned to Lowery not especially happy as I thought that it was a year or less. I was incorrect but…. I agreed in innocence to pay half the repair cost as it was over one year. Again.. no problem. On the first time out on a cruise it snapped in 2 around 2 weeks from the repair. I returned recently to lowery and the salesman was cool but accepted the pearls. I was called about 2 weeks ago and collected the pearls on Saturday last. The manager virtually accused me of a 2year repair and lying . I told him that he should CHECk HIS RECORDS. He was not pleasant. I will never shop there again and I will ensure that everyone knows about the after sales attitude. It was their error. It has never been about money for me. My advice… avoid

Very helpful and friendly staff. They did an amazing job servicing and restoring my watch. In the first week of having it back I managed to scratch it badly. I took it back and they kindly polished the scratch free of charge. Would highly recommend.
This is the Best Jewellers in the South the staff are amazing and so friendly. The jewellery is to die for
very poor and outdated after sales policy. We bought a cygnet ring as a present for my Son’s 21st and had to guess at the size. Unfortunately the ring was too big so we returned to Lowrey to have it resized only to find out that that ring could not be sized down to such a small diameter. We exchanged the ring for a smaller one which was cheaper but the shop refused to refund the cash and insisted they give us a credit note to spend in their shop. To me this grasping attitude was particularly unfair when you are buying a ring and having to guess the size only to find you have to pay a financial penalty if you get it wrong. Very poor and will not be shopping there again.
