   Visited the store with my niece (Jodee) and my great niece (Phoebe) this afternoon. What a fun hour we had with Annie, Dee and Jane. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I went in for one bracelet as a gift. Four personalised bracelets and an embroidered scarf later we finally said goodbye. Thank you all so much for the most joyous shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. We will be back x

   I went to the Chichester shop and was welcomed by the friendly staff I was looking for birthday present for my friend and I was served by Annie she went over and beyond with her customer care, I was buying a silver bag and Annie helped me to decide on what colour cotton to have it embodied with and how to have it. She was so lovely and taking her time with me I never felt like I was being a pain on deciding on what I wanted. I then went back a few days later to buy 2 more bags the staff welcome me like I always shop in there.. So thank you Annie you was a real star.
