Highly recommend! We could not be happier with our experience at Pressleys. We visited 7 other jewellers in Chichester (and more elsewhere!) and were disappointed in the service or they just weren’t right for us. When we tried Pressleys however, we met Portia who could not have been more helpful. She took the time to talk to us about some bits of jewellery we wanted to get valued and despite this not being a particularly lucrative part of the business, she was really happy to help. So we mentioned that we were also interested in looking for an engagement ring. Portia really took the time to understand exactly what we were after and we were able to contact her very easily with any questions. Whether it was me or my partner, we were able to talk with Portia via WhatsApp which was really helpful… She was genuinely excited and happy for us and worked incredibly hard to find the perfect ring shape and then the diamonds to be set in to the ring. She completely understood and respected how much I wanted to decide on and how much I wanted to be a surprise. The whole process was so enjoyable. A few weeks later I was proposed to with the most PERFECT ring of my dreams - it was better than I ever imagined and I could not be happier. Thank you Portia and the whole team at Pressleys for making such a special life event a magical and memorable experience. I will absolutely not hesitate to return in the future. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I have already recommended Pressleys to friends and family and I really could not recommend them highly enough!

Purchased a beautiful diamond solitaire ring from the Chichester store and the whole experience from choosing to the collection was 100%. Portia & Gemma are an absolute credit to the company. I recently purchased an engagement ring for my partner from Pressleys. As like most guys, I felt like a rabbit in headlights as this is an experience in which I had never done before. I was looked after by Gemma and immediately she put me at ease. She listened to everything in which I was looking for and visioned in a ring and spent the time to find the right one for me. The whole experience with her was amazing from start to finish and I couldn't recommend her highly enough if any guys are thinking of buying a ring. Nothing was too much for her and she was always in communication with me whenever I needed. If you're looking for a ring gents, get yourself in here and ask for Gemma!!
