Always a pleasure visiting this Jewlers. Lovely staff always friendly and willing to help! I took a bracelet in to be mended recently and they exceeded my expectations! Left it with them on a Saturday afternoon and Tues morning received a call to say it was ready to be collected and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
I can highly recommend Alexander jewellery. We recently got married at home as my husband was terminally ill. Paul showed a great deal of compassion in getting a wedding ring for us. He took a finger measurement over the phone! as Mark was too ill to leave the house, found a suitable ring, and then he even delivered the ring personally to us at home! It doesn't get better than that-and we were both extremely grateful for all that was done. Sadly Mark has since passed away, but the whole staff in the shop have shown support to me and my family, and I will always appreciate their help. Thank you, Carol Miles
Awful customer service. I went in today and wasn’t greeted at all. I was first ignored completely by a gentleman then an older lady looked up at me and just scowled. I asked a question about seeing if I could get any adjustments done to my engagement ring she just said no and went back to what she was doing. I was completely shocked at her unwillingness to help me that I just walked out. I had wanted to also ask about wedding bands but felt far too uncomfortable even being in the shop.
I visited Alexander Jewellery yesterday searching for earrings for my wedding day. Julie and Becca were so helpful and knowledgeable about their stock range. They have something for every budget and I found two beautiful sets of earrings that I am thrilled with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys ❤️

For over 20 years I always manage to find what I need for each occasion - staff are always cheerful and very helpful. Reminds me why such stores need to be on our high streets - the personal touch as jewellery should be - so much better than just off a website.
