Great ear piercing service. I recently had my first ear piercings done at H Samuel and it was a fantastic experience. Rachel explained everything very clearly and talked me through my options and all the steps the piercing involved. I would gladly go back to have other piercings done.
My 10 year old twins had their ears pierced. Lucy was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, obviously experienced and gentle. A wide selection of earrings for a good price. A great experience for both girls, they love their new earrings.

Took my watch in to be sent away to be fix got a call after 4 days saying its back travelled 45 mins just to pick up to b told oh its not fixed we need to send to another repair shop s y dont they call to say its not fixed and can we send away pour service
I am writing mainly to praise the excellent service we have received from Ellie, an absolutely charming young assistant. My husband Ian wanted a new watch, and we called in to see if H Samuel had a selection of the particular type he was looking for. Ellie spent a lot of time and patience helping Ian select a purchase, and we left the shop. Frustratingly, however, we had to return because the watch turned out not to be quite what Ian wanted. Ellie served us again, and Ian chose another watch from the selection she offered. This unfortunately also had to be returned. (I stress that the watches sold to Ian were not faulty; they were just not quite what he was expecting.) Throughout all three visits, Ellie showed not the slightest sign of frustration or impatience, and nothing was too much trouble - she really went the extra mile. Ian now has a watch he is very happy with, thanks to the very pleasant, professional and thoughtful customer service we received from Ellie. She is to be commended!
Would have liked to purchase a pair of gold earrings. Haveing selected the said item queueing 15 minutes my turn came round. But some one walked in of the street and was going to be served before me. Complain about this didn't help. The other person after 10 minutes or more did not buy and neither did I but would have. So frustrating.
My wife bought me a watch from here at Christmas and from the initial sale to after service everything has been impeccable. Also I have been in to look at items for my daughter and wife and the staff have taken the time to search through there stock and online plus never rushed me or made me feel awkward or that I was wasting there time. All this combined has made me feel confident and happy to use them again and again. Thanks for everything.
