Joanna was extremely helpful, courteous and gave us time to decide and choose, showing us many pieces that we had requested. She was kind and patient as my mum is partially sighted and we never felt pressured or rushed. We left very happy with our purchases and would return monthly if we lived on the Island. “We went to Claire’s in Whiteley today for my 8 year old daughter’s first ear piercing and couldn’t be happier with our experience. James was so lovely and put her totally at ease, getting rid of her nerves by asking lots of questions and making her laugh. The piercing area was private enough not to feel overlooked which was great as I think this is sometimes a bit overwhelming. We were there around 25 minutes or so and didn’t feel rushed at all which I think is so important. James left us feeling fully informed of aftercare, and we have one very happy little girl with a lovely pair of sparkly diamond studs. I would definitely recommend/return to this branch for piercing.”
